Non-Graded Learning Track
The Non-graded (not for credit) Learning Track is a great option for people living in states where Redemption has yet to receive authorization to offer courses for credit. (AK, CT, DC, DE, MA, MI, NV, NY, OR, RI, UT, WY) You can also fill out the request information page to be put on our waitlist for these states for when we can serve them with graded programs.
Academic Prerequisites
For those without an accredited undergraduate degree
Redemption Seminary offers courses for any adult, even if you only have a high school diploma. Students without an accredited bachelor’s degree can take non-graded versions of courses. The Non-graded Learning Track doesn't require a bachelor's degree for admission. Non-graded courses include full access to lectures, curriculum, and Redemption’s robust theological library. Non-graded courses do not include mentoring from Redemption’s mentor-professors, but provide a course workbook to help structure and preserve a student’s learning. No credential is awarded for this learning path.
We have students who start in the Non-graded Track while on the waitlist to be considered for an admissions exception to matriculate into the MABS, CBS, or take courses for credit. This gives students a head start on the coursework. Then if granted an exception, they only have to pay the remaining mentoring tuition portion of the course they have already worked on to be mentored and receive a grade.
the Non-Graded Application Begins with this form
The application has an application fee. If you aren’t ready to pay the fee, please fill out the request information form.
More About the Application Process
Open To All
Redemption Seminary has an open enrollment policy. It admits any student who affirms Jesus is God and lives their life accordingly, and is appropriately prepared to benefit from its educational programs. Applicants must agree with the seminary’s Statement of Faith and abide by its Code of Conduct (both may be found in the Student Handbook).
At this time Redemption Seminary only has programs in English and is only accepting students who are fluent in English or who have earned a degree from an appropriately accredited institution where English is the principal language of instruction.
Technology Requirements
Students must supply their own computer for the program and have access to high-speed internet. The minimum specifications for the computer are what Logos Bible Software requires. These requirements can be found on this page: https://support.logos.com/hc/en-us/articles/360007506971
Application Fee
After submitting the initial application form, you will be prompted to pay the application fee. This fee is non-refundable. After Redemption receives the application fee, you will receive immediate access to the full application in Populi (our online student information system). Applicants have 30 days to complete the application.
Once your application is completed and accepted, you will be guided through the enrollment process. Once enrolled, you can start the introductory course.
